§ 44. Mr. Steenasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he hopes to reply to the letter written to the former Minister of State on 1 July about Mrs. E. Hitchins of The Beeches, Roborough, Plymouth, and attendance allowances, and the subsequent letter written on 9 October to his Private Secretary asking for an early reply; and if he will make a statement as to why there has been a four-month delay.
