asked the Secretary of State for Defence (1) whether the Royal Observer Corps in Wales has established any nuclear reporting cells in conjunction with Armed Forces Headquarters;

(2) what are the intended functions of Royal Observer Corps nuclear reporting cells before and after a supposed nuclear attack.
