HC Deb 06 November 1986 vol 103 c483W
Mr. Alfred Morris

asked the Secretary of State for Transport if he or any of the Ministers in his Department will make an official visit to Manchester to see at first hand the effects of bus deregulation on passengers in the conurbation.

Mr. Moore

My colleagues and I have no immediate plans to visit Manchester, though I visited the area recently and my hon. Friend the Minister of State will be meeting representatives of the passenger transport authority shortly.
