§ Mr. GummerIn 1985, five Spanish vessels were arrested for unauthorised fishing within British fishery limits. In addition, 10 vessels were arrested for other offences, including the retention of undersized fish and failure to keep an accurate logbook. So far in 1986 six Spanish vessels have been arrested for unauthorised fishing and three for other offences.
