Mr. Gareth Wardell

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will publish in the Official Report for the following age categories (a) 15 to 24 years, (b) 25 to 44 years, (c) 45 to 54 years, (d) 55 to 64 years, (e) 65 to 74 years and (f) 75 to 84 years, the number of deaths from cervical carcinoma in the Peterborough health authority for each year since 1979.

The information is shown in the table. Figures prior to 1982 are not comparable with those of later years as the Peterborough health district is not contermininous with the Peterborough district health authority.

losing entitlement to rent rebates; if he will give information on the changes to the housing benefit needs allowance by publishing a table showing the April 1987 needs allowances and disregards and the level at which they would stand if the updating formula previously used were still in force; and if he will also publish a table giving a detailed breakdown of the numbers of households losing: (i) less than 26p, (ii) 26 to 50p, and (ii) 51p to £1 and such other ranges of losses as may be appropriate as a combined result of both the taper and needs allowance changes, distinguishing as far as possible between pensioners, working and other households.
