§ Mr. David MitchellThe West Yorkshire passenger transport executive's latest transport plan estimates that some 30 per cent. of vehicle miles on local bus services will, under the Transport Act 1985, be financed through subsidy after deregulation on 26 October. I understand that overall service levels are estimated to be substantially the same after 26 October as before.
