§ Mr. AncramIn parallel with similar work in England and Wales, my officials are collecting information from 281W the seven river purification boards in Scotland on the quality of rivers and estuaries in their areas. Later this year we will publish the fourth report since 1968 in the Scottish series of river quality surveys. A sum of £40,000, including manpower of one man-year, has been allocated to the project.
