§ Mr. Bruceasked the Secretary of State for Energy whether, in the light of the Norwegian Government's 252W decision to hold talks with the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries, he will now agree to talks with the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries and other oil producing countries with a view to securing a stable oil price.
