asked the Secretary of State for Wales how much has been spent in the last five years, on hospital equipment appertaining to patients' needs; what type of equipment has been purchased over the past five years in Cardiff and Cardiff, West in particular; how it compares with the years 1975 to 1980; and if he will make a statement.
