§ Mr. NeedhamThis is a matter for the chairman of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive who has advised me that, following a review of priorities, the proposed scheme for five new houses in Ballyhalbert, which had been planned to start in December 1985, has been rescheduled to 1987–88.
