Mr. Proctor

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland in the years 1983 and 1984 what was (a) the number of live births, and the live birth rate, (b) the number of perinatal deaths and the perinatal mortality rate, (c) the number of infant deaths and the infant mortality rate and (d) the perinatal and infant mortality rates by district council area in Northern Ireland for the years 1983 and 1984, respectively; and if he will make a statement.
