§ Mr. LangLangbaurgh will benefit from the new package of measures announced in the Budget to accelerate the growth of enterprise, boost employment opportunities for the young and help the long-term 49W unemployed find work. It will also benefit from the measures to assist the north-east announced on 14 May by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry.
