§ Mr. Raynsfordasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish a table showing the total cost of rent rebate and rent allowance payments, the total number of recipients of rent rebates and rent allowance and the average rebate/allowance per recipient, respectively, in the United Kingdom, in England and in Greater London in each year from 1978–79 to 1985–86 and giving an estimate for 1986–87.
