§ Mr. Peter BottomleyStringent rules governing safety and conduct are imposed by the Royal Automobile Club Motor Sports Association Ltd. when authorising rallies under the provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1972. The safety record for such events in the United Kingdom is good. There are no plans at present to open discussions.
