What progress has been made by the Working Group on the Review of Vocational Qualifications.
§ The Secretary of State for Employment (Lord Young of Graffham)The group's report was submitted to myself and the Secretaries of State for Education and Science, and Wales, and to the chairman of the MSC, on 23rd April. The report is published today and a copy has been placed in the Library of the House. We are most grateful to the chairman, Mr. H. G. de Ville, and the members of his group for the speed and thoroughness with which they have discharged their remit. We are now urgently considering their recommendations and will announce our conclusions as soon as possible.
