asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will introduce the recommendations contained in the Community Nursing Review Neighbourhood Nursing and provide the necessary resources.

Baroness Trumpington

The Government have invited comments on the report of the Community Nursing Review together with the consultative document on primary health care. This will provide a framework for a comprehensive examination of all the major elements of primary health care in England. The overall effect on resources will depend on the outcome of these consultations, which will not be completed until the end of 1986.
