§ Mr. John PattenI have had no recent representations that Lindsay Parkinson houses should be designated under the Housing Defects Act. However, I am aware that some owners of Lindsay Parkinson HSSB houses built by Basildon development corporation appear to be having difficulties with their resale. My Department has recently received an assessment of the situation from the corporation and we will of course consider this most carefully.
