asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he intends to make a statutory instrument to transfer Greater London council seaside and country homes from the London Residuary Body to the Anchor Housing Association; and if he will make a statement.

It is our intention that the homes will pass to a housing association and I will consider with the London Residuary Body the best means of achieving this.
