§ Mrs. Peacockasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he is satisfied with the discharge of its functions by the Dewsbury district health authority;
(2) for what reasons the services of Mr. Sam Lyles as chairman of the Dewsbury district health authority are being terminated.
