§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) when the report of the Chief Inspector of Prisons on rule 43 was submitted to him by the Chief Inspector of Prisons;
(2) when the report of the Chief Inspector of Prisons on rule 43 will be published.
