§ Mr. Giles ShawMy hon. Friends the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Home Secretary will be reporting the outcome of the consultative exercise in a further document to be published later in the spring. Pending the outcome of the review no designation of new classes of premises under fire precautions legislation is contemplated.
