asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when the report of the Chief Constable on Royal Ulster Constabulary conduct during the day of protest on 3 March will be made public.

My right hon. Friend recently received a detailed and confidential report from the Chief Constable on the policing aspects of the protest on 3 March, including the Royal Ulster Constabulary's manpower commitments on the day. It is not proposed to publish this document.
