§ Mr. Richard Shepherdasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will list the number of times, in each of the last five years, that his Department has acquired the main residence of an individual by a compulsory purchase order, the number of cases, in each of the last five years, referred to the Lands Tribunal and the average length of time taken to complete an acquisition.
