§ Mr. WhitneyOur campaign of education and information on the misuse of heroin is being independently evaluated. So far, the evaluation has indicated that the campaign for young people has been widely noticed and has conveyed factual information about the effects of heroin misuse. There are also indications that it may have had a favourable impact on young people's attitudes to heroin. The campaign for parents was less widely noticed.
