§ Mr. Peter Reesasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, in view of the decision of the Secretary of State for the Home Department not to refurbish the emergency headquarters at Dover of the former sub-region 6.1, those headquarters might be opened for public viewing.
§ Mr. TraceyThe management and presentation of Dover Castle is the responsibility of the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission. Decisions as to which areas should be open to the public are for them to take. My hon. Friend may care to pursue this matter with the chairman.
