321WAlthough there is no statutory requirement upon the Camping and Caravanning Club to consult the relevant local planning authority before issuing certificates under paragraph 5 of the first schedule to the 1960 Act, I understand that in practice it invariably does so and that it had in fact notified the district council in the case in question.
