§ Mr. MellorThe available information for court proceedings and findings of guilt, relates to offences of driving and so on, after consuming alcohol and taking drugs, and is published annually in table 1 of "Offences Relating to Motor Vehicles, England and Wales, Supplementary Tables". Information on findings of guilt over the past decade is also summarised in table 5 of Home Office "Statistical Bulletin" issue 28/85, "Offences Relating to Motor Vehicles, England and Wales 1984" and figures for earlier years are summarised in issue 23/81. Information on breath tests over the past decade is published in table 1 of Home Office "Statistical Bulletin" issue 18/85, "Statistics of Breath Tests, England and Wales, 1984"; earlier data are summarised in table 10 of Home Office "Statistical Bulletin" issue 23/81. Figures for 1985 will not become available until later this year.
