§ Mr. Kennedyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on current progress towards the construction of a replacement bridge at Dornie in southwest Ross-shire; and when it is intended that work will commence on the site.
§ Mr. AncramMy right hon. and learned Friend has received 13 objections to the draft road orders. A draft compulsory purchase order has been published and the objection period ends on 28 March. My right hon. and learned Friend will then consider whether to hold a public local inquiry into the objections to these orders. The start date for the works will depend on whether an inquiry is held and, if so, on its timing and outcome.
