§ Mr. John MacKayThe closing date for replies to the document issued by my right hon. and learned Friend was 7 March, but a number of late replies were received. Copies of all the responses have now been sent to the hon. Member. The responses are available for public inspection in the Scottish Office Library, St. Andrew's House, Edinburgh.
