Friend the Member for Beaconsfield (Mr. Smith) on 11 December, at column654, the Inland Revenue has been authorised to continue its consultations with interested parties about the Keith committee recommendations. It is envisaged that these consultations will include the recommendations on privilege between lawyer and client.
