§ Mrs. Rumbold£0.6 million of expenditure on Croxteth hall, and £0.3 million on Croxteth park, was assumed to pass from Merseyside county council to Liverpool city council. Liverpool's grant-related expenditure for museums and galleries increased by £0.9 million and for recreation by £0.4 million.
