Whether the attitude of the United States of America to negotiations over space-based weapon systems is compatible with the fourth of the four Camp David points, namely, that East/West negotiations should aim to achieve security with reduced levels of offensive systems on both sides.

Yes, the fourth of the Camp David points is clearly compatible with the agreed objective of the Geneva talks which I explained in my reply to the noble Lord last week [Official Report, 5/3/86; col. 174.]
