Whether they will now publish a list of each English local authority's entitlement under the original rate support grant settlement statement made by the Secretary of State for the Environment on 20th January 1986, (H.C. Deb., col. 49) and the new amounts to which they are now entitled pursuant to the Secretary of State's statement on 5th March 1986.
§ The Minister of State, Department of the Environment (Lord Elton)Lists are in the Library both of each local authority's entitlement to grant under the rate support grant settlement announced in December and of their share of a guaranteed £500 million pool of grant for recycling. Authorities' eventual entitlement to grant will depend on their own spending decisions. This information is not yet available.
