§ Mr. TraceyThe Department received a letter dated 14 March from the Council, following a communication from the Department about an appeal against a discontinuance notice issued by the council. A substantive reply has not been sent; but the council has been told by telephone that the Department is considering the legal issues, and a reply will be sent shortly.
