§ Mr. MooreAssociated British Ports is wholly owned by Associated British Ports Holdings plc which was privatised in 1983. The disposal of redundant land and property owned by Associated British Ports is therefore a matter for that undertaking and its parent company. The valuation of any such disposals is a matter for them and the purchaser.
