§ Sir George Young[pursuant to his reply, 12 June 1986]: A detailed analysis of parking fines for the period 1980 to 1984 cannot be obtained without disproportionate cost. As stated in my reply of 11 June, at column 183, detailed records for the period 1973 to 1979 are no longer available.
