Mr. Barry Jones

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what representations he has received on the effect on residents of the tipping at Mount Tip, Buckley, Clwyd of concrete rubble and steel waste from British Nuclear Fuels Limited, Capenhurst; and if he will make a statement.

O-level or Certificate of Secondary Education grade 1 passes, and no graded O-level or Certificate of Education results, in each year from 1965 to 1985.

Other than an inquiry from the hon. Gentleman I have received no such representations. The hon. Gentleman is aware that Her Majesty's Radiochemical Inspectorate is satisfied that the waste in question is not radioactive within the meaning of the Radioactive Substances Act 1960.
