§ Mr. AncramMy right hon. and learned Friend will consider the need for a revision of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Scotland) Order 1973 in the light of the outcome of the further consultations to be undertaken by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment on changes to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1972 which were announced in the White Paper "Building Businesses … Not Barriers" (Cmnd 9794).
