§ Mr. ButcherThe mandate agreed by the Foreign Affairs Council in March provides for particularly liberal treatment in the MFA for the least developed exporters, including Bangladesh. The Commission has subsequently opened discussions with Bangladesh about arrangements to succeed the present bilateral agreement which expires in December. These discussions are continuing.
