§ Mrs. FennerThe information requested is not available on a comparable basis for a full 10-year period. However, the Water Authorities Association and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food have just published a joint report on water pollution from farm waste 1985, covering England and Wales. That report includes details of pollution incidents caused by farm waste since 1979, of prosecutions brought by water authorities in respect of those incidents, and of the results of those prosecutions. I have arranged for a copy of the report to be placed in the Library of the House.
