HC Deb 25 July 1986 vol 102 cc558-9W
Mr. Onslow

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what representations he has received concerning Surrey county council's application for planning consent on the site of the former Queen Elizabeth II school in Woking; and if he will now call in this application for a public inquiry.

Mr. Tracey

Representations have been received from Woking borough council. The application is being referred to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State as a substantial departure from the approved development plan for the area. When the application has been received he will decide whether to call it in for his own decision and hold a public inquiry.
