§ Sir George YoungThe allocation of resources to local authorities in England for 1986–87 under the homes insulation scheme has not been completed, as allocations from the reserve continue to be made. In Wales my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales is responsible for the homes insulation scheme.
