§ Mr. Kaufmanasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from chief 401W constables in England and Wales to establish the number of police officers and civil staff engaged full-time on the investigation of complaints against the police in 1985, and the cost of such investigations, in a form comparable to the figures quoted on page 85 of the 1985 Report of the Commissioner of Police for the Metropolis.
