Kensington and Chelsea Holmefield House (189) 160,000 Remodelling of estate to control access and increase security, opening of local housing office on estate; provision of resident estate supervisor.
Cannock Chase Rawnsley (160) 307,000 Security and environmental improvements to estate; external works to dwellings and heating and insulation improvements; appointment of full-time estate officer and more localised delivery of housing services.
Wakefleld Simpson's Lane (120) 300,000 Security measures and improvements to environment and external appearance of dwellings; appointment of two resident caretakers.
