§ Mr. Wyn RobertsPlanned expenditure for new construction and improvement of motorway and trunk roads in 1986–87 is £83.24 million. We have not yet made any decision for subsequent years on the distribution of block public expenditure resources. As indicated in tables 3 and 4 of "Roads in Wales 1985" it is hoped to start work on some 87 miles of new motorway and trunk roads by December 1990.
