§ Mr. Groundasked the Attorney-General when a decision will be made as to what criminal proceedings shall be brought in respect of the unlawful killing of John Mikkelson in July 1985.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Director of Public Prosecutions is at present awaiting the completion of the transcripts of the evidence taken at the inquest on John Mikkelson. No decision can be taken until he has had an opportunity to consider those transcripts in conjunction with the evidence already submitted to him by the Metropolitan police.
