§ Mr. Robin Cookasked the Secretary of State for Energy on how many occasions nuclear materials (a) produced for, or (b) assigned to, military purposes have been transferred to civil use for each year since 1956; and if he will state whether each transfer was (i) permanent, or (ii) a loan, and, for each instance, the nuclear material involved, the chemical form it was in when it was transferred, the physical form it was in when transferred, the site it was transferred to, the purpose for which it was destined and the quantity involved in each sub-category above, respectively.
