§ Mr. WhitneyThe scheme to provide additional facilities at Wellfield hospital, Hatfield is fully delegated to North West Thames regional health authority. The region is expected to consider an approval in principle submission for the scheme later this year. Following approval in principle, the region's performance in carrying out the scheme will be monitored by the Department as part of routine management arrangements for health-building schemes.
