§ Mr. WhitneyThe scheme containing the new physiotherapy gymnasium at Queen Elizabeth II hospital, Welwyn Garden City is fully delegated to North West Thames regional health authority. The region's performance in carrying out the scheme is being monitored by the Department as part of routine arrangements for the management of health building schemes. It is expected that competitive tenders for construction will be sought towards the end of this year.
