§ Mr. RifkindI refer the hon. Member to the reply which my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Home Affairs, Health and Social Work gave to the hon. Member Greenock and Port Glasgow (Dr. Godman) on 1 July at column484. I cannot at present say when the consultation process on the draft code of practice is likely to be completed.
